Didn't know Mrs. Madden in the way that I would have liked but I know she must have been a remarkable woman and mother. The kind of mother I spent most of my life wishing that I had had. Listening to her children who all seem to have had their own personal relationship with Moma makes me know that this is the kind of mother I would like to be to my child. To her children I say, give thanks that you had this wonderful woman as your mother, let her go, she has gone back to Source and she is happy. When you remember her, think of all the wonderful times that you had and how lucky you were to have had her for so very, very long. Karen Irons.

I never had the honour of meeting Mrs. Inez Madden personally. I am sending my condolences to my friend, and mentor; Ferdinand Leslie Madden Jnr. and the remaining members of the Madden family. Mrs. Inez Madden appears to be a caring, dignified, and a proud Jamaican who has finished life's race leaving echoes of cherished memories in the hearts, and minds of her loved ones. She has done a remarkable job as a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. May the soul of Mrs. Inez Veronica Madden rest in peace.
